This is a beautiful ¾" solid oak piece with brass pulls. It stands 41 ½" tall 18 ¾" wide and 39 ¼" in length. It sits on a separate frame that is 29" off the ground with six nicely tapered square legs (2 ¼" to 1 ¾" taper). The drawers are also made from oak and are 15 ½" long x 5 ¾" wide x 3 ¾" deep and holds card that are 3 ¼" x 5". The top is secured by beautiful dovetails that give this piece some real character. The wood that separates the drawers is ½" solid oak and the drawer fronts are constructed of ¾" solid oak. The drawers are equipped with brass pulls and name slots that measure 1"x 2". Inside each drawer opening is a small metal rocker that prevents the drawers from being pulled all the way out until that metal rocker is moved. Inside the drawer in a movable wood slider with a knurled brass thumbscrew to adjust the amount of cards the drawer will hold.
